You will be an integral part of the Programmes Committee, and in particular we are looking for volunteers who have a passion for cutting-edge social justice issues in any area of the law.
Applications close on Monday, June 1 2009 at midday.
No late applications will be considered.
For further information, please download the applications pack here.
Please direct all other enquiries to the Forum Director, Giancarlo de Vera (forums@breakingdownboundaries.org).

The law is there to empower and protect.
Too many law students take up law to help people or create a better world, only to be disheartened by the profession’s cutthroat mentality and the many chronic injustices perpetuated by the law itself.
Breaking Down Boundaries provides an antidote and preventive against that lost hope. Over the weekend, participants will be inspired and informed, by speakers and fellow students who reaffirm the role of law as a powerful social justice tool. In doing so, Breaking Down Boundaries will harness and fortify the resolve of the next generation of leading progressive lawyers.
We are an intervarsity conference, organised by students from six different Sydney universities. Our first conference was held between 28 November 2008 and 30 November 2008, at Sancta Sophia College, Camperdown.
To receive updates, please join our Facebook group or send an email to info@breakingdownboundaries.org.
Breaking Down Boundaries is run under the auspices of Breaking Down Boundaries Inc., a not-for-profit association.
